Demo: Eliminating the Mobile API Attack Surface

According to the Ponemon Institute, 65% of companies state the security of their apps is often short-circuited due to a rush to market. The unchecked explosion of mobile apps is creating a new gateway to back end services. Mobile APIs have become a swinging door into organizations – delivering rich information and experience to customers but also providing an entry point for malicious individuals. Caleb Sima, co-founder of Bluebox Security will walk you through what the mobile API attack surface looks like, demonstrate real life attacks, and provide you with simple tactics that can be done in the development of your iOS or Android mobile apps to prevent these attacks.
